Participant Feedback
The platform allows for the collection of participant feedback during and after the event through two separate functionalities:
General feedback about the event
Organizers can activate the option to collect general impressions of the event.
It is possible to create a customized questionnaire with questions defined by the organizer – aimed at better understanding the user experience and improving future events.
Meeting feedback (Enterprise module)
Within the Enterprise package, an additional feature is available – evaluation of completed meetings.
This option allows participants to leave a rating and comment after each meeting.
In this way, organizers gain insight into the quality and relevance of the scheduled meetings.
