Digital Tickets with QR Codes
Organisers can send personalized tickets with QR codes to all registered participants via the platform. Tickets can be:
- Single-day or multi-day
- Single-use or reusable
The QR code is generated automatically and serves as a unique identifier for access control.
Entrance Control via Mobile App
Staff responsible for access control use the mobile app to quickly and accurately verify ticket validity:
- Easy QR code scanning
- Information on ticket validity and number of previous entries
- Option to select entrance location
The app gives organisers full control and overview of all entries throughout the event.
Meeting Attendance Tracking
In addition to entrance control, the same app enables tracking of attendance at pre-scheduled meetings. A designated person can mark participants as present or absent.
